General

These terms and conditions shall form the basis of your contract with pakpunjabtours Ltd. This includes any and all other written information brought to your attention before we complete your booking.

pakpunjabtours Ltd, is registered in England, company number 16411264. ‘Us’, or ‘we’, refer to pakpunjabtours Ltd. ‘Bookings’, ‘trips’ or ‘tours’ in these terms and conditions are planned and organized by us at your request. Our website is located at www.pakpunjabtours.com.

We promise to make sure that the information and costs provided by us are precise. This includes details on our website and any other media. However; third party service provider charges are fluid in a dynamic market and can change. If this happens and if errors occur, we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances as soon as these come to light.

All bookings are sold subject to availability and suitability. They are not confirmed until you get your booking confirmation and invoice from us.

Business Hours

Our working hours are 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. We are closed on bank holidays and public holidays, including on 1st January and 24, 25, 26 & 31 December. 

Liability

We promise to find the best deals for you, which includes flights, hotels, transportation, guides and excursions. All and any liability is transferred to these service providers upon booking. Pakpunjabtours Ltd is not liable for any service provided by a third party.

Our fees

We will charge a small fee of £30 per person. This covers planning and sourcing the best prices for your Yatra, holiday, and Pilgrimages.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking with us, you should inform us in writing by email to support@pakpunjabtours.com as soon as possible.

The effective date of cancellation will be the date upon which we get such written notification. 

Please note any refunds will be dependent on the third party providers and their terms and conditions. Please read information provided from third parties carefully before confirming booking. Cancellations can be complicated. They can be difficult to process and result in partial refunds.

Cancellation less than 14 days before trips and departure may result in a No refund. Purchases for all services will be reconfirmed and committed to at this stage.
The Booking Fee is non-refundable.

Entrance Fees

Entrance fees to Venues, Gurdwaras and shrines that are included in the tour and trip are covered in the cost of the package created for you. Any extra that are added, during the trip, may result in a charge. In this instance you will be liable for entrance fees for guides as well.

Group Size

For tour quality and enjoyment we recommend groups size of no more than twenty four. However; we plan to your wishes and will be happy to accommodate as requested.

Guide Expenses

Travel, meals and accommodation costs for Guides will be added to the overall cost of the planned package.

Payment

Payment will be requested when you are happy with the planned package and agree to go ahead. This agreement must be communicated by email and payment paid by transfer to our bank account.  

To simplify our service, we act as the payment handler. You will pay all costs for your booking to us directly. We will pass these to the service providers. Bank details will be provided to you in due course.

Due to the amounts of money involved we only accept payments by Bank Transfer.

Please note that you must meet any bank transfer fees incurred. We must get the full invoice amount less any transfer and bank fees. 

Travel and Medical Insurance

We recommend that our clients have travel, medical, and cancellation insurance. Medical treatment and repatriation costs can be very expensive. We will not accept any financial liability. We also will not accept responsibility in the case of a medical emergency while on any trip booked by us. We will not take any responsibility or be held liable for damage or death due to natural disasters, acts of vandalism and terrorism. 

It is your responsibility to make sure that your chosen travel and medical insurance covers your travel in Pakistan.

Enforceability of Terms

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

Third Party Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not create any rights in favor of third parties under the Contract (Third Party Rights) Act 1999. Third parties can’t enforce or otherwise invoke any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any matter or claim arising from them shall be dealt with only by the English courts.

None of these terms are intended to contravene or contradict the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights under any such legislation are not affected.
