• How do you price your trips?

At PakPunjabTours Ltd, we believe in fair, transparent and honest pricing. Our aim is to provide excellent value while ensuring every detail of your journey is carefully planned and professionally managed.

We work with trusted partners to arrange all essential elements of your trip, including flights (where required), accommodation, transport, meals, guides, and additional services such as security support when needed. We carefully research and negotiate the best possible rates to ensure you receive quality services at competitive prices.

Once all costs are confirmed, we add a small, clearly explained service fee per guest to cover our planning, coordination and operational costs. This allows us to continue providing a personal service, expert support and well-organised travel experiences.

Our priority is not just to offer affordable trips, but to create safe, enjoyable and memorable journeys where you can travel with confidence knowing every detail has been taken care of.

• Why do you not offer packages with fixed prices?

We believe in providing flexibility, value and the best possible experience rather than being tied to fixed packages. By working with a range of trusted suppliers, we can compare options, negotiate the best rates and select the right services to match each group’s needs.

This allows us to offer competitive pricing, quality services and more personalised travel experiences for our guests.

• What sized groups can you cater for?

We can organise travel experiences for groups of all sizes, from 2 to 62 guests. However, we believe smaller groups often provide the best balance of comfort, flexibility and personal attention.

For ladies-only, family and small group holidays, we recommend groups of around 7 or 14 guests. This allows everyone to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere, better communication and a more personalised experience.

For Yatras and heritage journeys, our ideal group sizes are typically 10–12 guests or 20–25 guests. As group sizes increase, coordination, decision-making and individual involvement can become more challenging, which may affect the overall experience.

Larger groups can offer a lower cost per person, but smaller groups allow for greater flexibility, stronger connections and a more enjoyable journey for everyone.

• I just want to take my family, is this possible?

Absolutely. We specialise in creating personalised family holidays tailored around your needs, interests and preferred travel style. Whether you are looking for a relaxing break, cultural experiences, sightseeing or a fully organised family journey, we can design an itinerary that works for you.

• Do you cater for all-female groups?

Yes, we welcome and specialise in organising ladies-only group travel experiences. Women can explore the beauty, culture and heritage of the world with confidence through our carefully planned itineraries, trusted local partners and dedicated support.

For additional comfort and reassurance, we can also arrange for a female representative or companion to accompany the group where required.

• Is there an age requirement for joining group travel?

Yes. All participants must be 18 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 18 may travel only if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Minors travelling without a parent or legal guardian will not be accepted.

• What will help keep the cost of our tour affordable?

We believe great travel experiences should be accessible to everyone. By organising trips as small groups, we can negotiate better rates for accommodation, flights and local services, helping to keep costs competitive.

Many expenses, such as transport, guides, security support (where required) and other services, can be shared across the group, reducing the overall cost per guest while maintaining quality and comfort.

Whether you are looking for a comfortable budget-friendly experience or a more premium and luxury journey, we can tailor our packages to suit your preferences, ensuring you receive the best possible value without compromising on the experience.

• What happens if I get sick during my trip?

We always recommend that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance in place before travelling to protect against unexpected situations, including illness or medical emergencies.

If you become unwell during your journey, our guides and local team will provide support and assistance in helping you access appropriate medical advice or services. For minor illnesses or injuries, we will help you find the right care and ensure you are supported throughout your experience.

Your wellbeing and comfort are important to us, and we will do our best to provide guidance and assistance whenever needed.

• Do I have to book the flights through you?

No. We offer complete flexibility and can arrange your trip with or without flights, depending on your preferences.

If you choose to arrange your own flights, our team can meet you at the airport, your hotel, or another convenient location to begin your journey.

Alternatively, we can organise your flights, accommodation and tour arrangements as one complete package. If you wish to extend your stay in Pakistan or another destination before or after the tour, we can help create an itinerary that works around your plans.

We can also arrange individual excursions or shorter experiences as part of a wider holiday, subject to the availability of trusted local guides in the area.
