- Yuşa Hazretleri Tepesi Shrine of Prophet Joshua is on a hill located in Beykoz, on Istanbul’s Asian side, overlooking the Bosphorus.
- Hamidullah El Ensari Abdullah El-Ensari also known as Ahmed El Ensari, Sahaba martyred during the same campaign as Abu Shayba al-Khudri.
- Çamlıca Mosque is currently the largest mosque in Turkey, completed in 2019.
- Dolmabahçe Mosque Ottoman-Baroque architecture on the Bosphorus.
- Sahaba Amr ibn al-Asiye (RA) Amr bin As led the Muslim forces in the successful conquest of Egypt, establishing Islamic rule in the region.
